    Bootcamp taught me so much about nutrition, that is an area I was struggling to get down all the time.
    The meals for the most part were fantastic. For meals I had to change I liked having the calorie goal and macros for that meal so I could substitute closely.
    The hiit workouts were fantastic and very doable even if had to modify.
    All in all a fantastic program.

    What a wonderful opportunity! After being stuck in a plateau for several months, this was just what I needed! Wonderful recipes, great meal plan with tons of variety and so much easier to feel accountable and excited when so many others are eating what you’re eating and doing the workouts right along side you.     This program helped me break my plateau. The recipes were tasty and easy to make. I learned the importance of a well balanced meal plan. I will use the kbowledge learned to continue my weight loss. One of the best parts is the support you get from fellow boot campers and the coaches. It is a network of supporters that get what your “going through.” I highly recommend the program! You have to be committed and willing to put in the time and money if you want results.     I loved the variety of the food. I loved the ease of cooking the food as I am not the one who does the cooking in my home. I feel that we were given a lot of attention from Lance and the other TD Nation coaches which kept me motivated and on track. I like that we had to fill out a form each week to keep us accountable and dedicated. I believe that’s necessary because a lot of time, hard work and money has been put forth to create this group and in order to complete to the end we need to do some work on our end.
    I learned so much about spices, how to put meals together, how to track my food and make good choices when making menus. I’m very proud to have been in the test group and really happy with my personal success.

    I absolutely loved the menus!!! In week 4, we created our own menus to fit the Macros; this really educated me. Also, learned to use my food scale, this taught me portion size and only helped more with my journey.

    I HIGHLY recommend this boot camp to anyone just learning about how to hit their macros and really wanting to jumpstart your weight loss! Absolutely amazing and flavorful recipes, great HIIT workouts, and not to mention the amazing results and benefits from taking Shakeology if you’re able to! Even if you can’t do the shakeology, Lance has provided an alternative for you and you can still get amazing results! I was really sick for half of this and couldn’t workout like I wanted to, but stuck with the meal plan and still lost 7lbs and around 6″! This is totally doable and totally affordable! YOU are worth it!! INVEST in yourself!! If you can’t take care of yourself, how can you expect to take care of others?! Do the BootCamp and break through those plateaus or kickstart your weight loss journey! You WON’T be disappointed!!! :)

    This has been the best learning tool I have come across. I thought I was doing pretty good eating healthy before but would quickly get bored with my food choices.     I loved everything regarding this boot camp, I learnt a lot on food prepping and hitting my macros, I surely got motivated never missed a workout during the 30 days while on boot camp, I had no real struggles except for few days in my second week but I was told it’s my metabolism getting faster which meant I was on the right track. Then not forgetting the weight loss, it’s real and it’s happening the fun part is you get to eat delicious meals and still loose weight. I also felt great, walked tall and got comments from friends and people around. My libido increased and had frequent bathroom visits being a person who is constantly constipated and could stay as long as 5 days without going this was heaven. All in all the best thing that ever happened to me,I’ll recommend it to anyone out there who wants to lose weight the healthy way. Looking forward to starting round two. Lots of love and respect to all those who invested their time into putting this together.

    Boot camp was great! I truly believe the nutrition alone helped me get my ankles back and got rid of my water retention which i must say THANK YOU!! And i was a horrible under eater, having six kids just makes it hard to remember that i had to eat too. Lol. And i dont think i would have lost any inches at all if it wasn’t for the mandatory resistance training. And after my body got used to eating more i finally lost weight. I have to say thanks to brian beam too cause he was the one that got me started on getting my calories in and focusing on macros. Definitely will recommend boot camp to anyone!!! Thanks again.

    This boot camp is absolutely amazing. The meal plans are delish! There’s a large variety of foods, not just eating the same thing. If there are things you don’t like, you learn how to make smart alternative choices. It really teaches you how to eat good food, yet making smart choices. Prior to this, I’d always try and hit my calories without thinking about anything else. Now, I see how many calories I have left for the day and instantly look at my macro chart on MFP and pick a snack based on what I need to add to my diet. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to not only lose weight and learn a variety of food ideas and exercise ideas. However, just like anything else – you’ll get out of it what you put in. You truly need to be dedicated to your workouts and taking your menu seriously. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

    I just loved boot camp. The accountability, the support and encouragement were unbeatable! The weekly menu plans were easy to follow and prepped in no time.

    I personally lost 6.75 pounds and 12 inches.

    Boot camp reminded me of what I already knew, but set me up to succeed by making me accountable for my actions. It was a wonderful 4-week experience that I am going to be able to continue to follow since I am now primed to succeed.

    I found Boot Camp to be very useful in seeing that proper macros really can be achieved. I loved some of the recipes and it encouraged me, especially on week 4 to finally drag out a cook book I bought a few years ago called “Cooking Light” and do more than look at the recipes. I actually tried many and they work well with the program. Such a benefit having a group of people preparing and eating the same foods. Great to see posts and photos, likes and dislikes. I’m at a weight I often get stuck at, so being part of a group where you must be accountable has been very beneficial for me. I do take shakeology, it’s been very good for me in that my cravings are completely gone and the aches in my legs since chemo are also ompletely gone!!! I think shakeology is helpful in filling me up and is an easy meal or snack. Who doesn’t like it when you don’t have to prepare every meal. My husband, although not in TDNation is also following my meal planning. And he’s done very well, which is good for me. No more night time snacking. I have, for the first time in my life, stuck out a whole exercise program. And this week, in between, I haven’t lapsed at all. I’m looking forward to round 2 to learn more, try more new foods and recipes and break the cycle of quitting. So excited to have been and continue to be part of Boot Camp.

    The weight loss journey is never an easy one. It is filled with good intentions that often are not completed. Having struggled with weight loss my entire life, I approached boot camp with enthusiasm, but also the familiar trepidation. From day one, my fear subsided as I perused meal plans that were easy to prepare, delicious, extremely filling, and affordable. Exercise goals were made fun with a little competitive edge. And, the support and interaction of the coaches and the other group members made the boot camp a success. This is a no gimmick program that works, as long as you do!
