An Epic Weekend

While this blog is about the amazing time I had last week I want those of you who are just beginning your weight loss journey to remember where I started and think to yourself “why not me”.  Three years ago I was 267 lbs and 35% body fat.  Now I’m able to crush a 1.5 hour workout with Tony freaking Horton and run an 8 mile Spartan Race the following day with the most fit people I know.  So why not you?  If I can change my path there is no reason you can’t.
